Our home education philosophy
We have chosen to home educate our children and offer
them an alternative outside of the main stream state schooling system.
Our aim is to:
·
Encourage AUTONOMY
We believe that children should question and seek their own knowledge on subjects that interest them

Increase CONFIDENCE
We envisage our children being self-reliant, assured and having the ability to speak with and interact with people of all ages and all areas of society

·
Be ENVIRONMENTALLY AWARE
We aim to live as gently and as considerately on the Earth as we can; this is important for the benefit of our children’s children, and their children’s children.

·
Be HAPPY
We hope that our children enjoy their childhood and value the contribution they make to the family and to others, developing themselves as spiritual individuals, learning through fun and without the need to spend hours in questionable lessons
